Bhaskarjit Neog teaches in the Centre of Philosophy, School of Social Sciences, at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Educated in Utrecht University, Linkoping University, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, and Gauhati University, Neog has been an Endeavour Research Fellow at the School of Philosophy, Australian National University and the Centre for Philosophy and Public Ethics, Charles Sturt University, Australia. He has been a recipient of the Erasmus Mundus fellowship by the European Union. He has also been a resident scholar at the Indian Institute of Management Kolkata, 2018. His primary research interests are ethical theory, applied ethics, social ontology, moral and political philosophy, and philosophy of religion. Neog’s scholarly works have been published by several national and international journals.
